What does each staff position do?

Administrator
The administrators run the site. They work in the ACP (Admin Control Panel), and help with all of the technical aspects of the site. They are also the highest-ranked staff position (besides owner & co-owner).
Moderator
The moderators are in charge of making sure everything on the Forum runs smoothly. They help with spam cleanups, have access to the MCP (Moderator Control Panel), and also have CB Mod status.
News Assistant
The news assistants help me run our news blog. They will keep us updated on what's happening around WW. They do not have CB mod privilieges (not including some exceptions).

Yes, and it's how we look for new staff members, by seeing how much they know.
