Main Plot
There are four kingdoms. Water, Fire, Air, Earth. The four elements, called Kipengeles, once lived together in a large kingdom, but then realized that some kipengeles can't live with others, such as water with fire. A wall was built, separating the four kipengeles. Nobody is allowed in the other quarters. For each quarter and kipengele, there is a lord to rule the kipengele. Lord Bombazine for fire, Lordette Pashmina for wind, Lord Alan for Earth, and Lordette Cassandra for water.
The kingdoms meet up once a year for a festival of reunion. Other than that, the kingdoms are divided up. There are siblings and friends that belong to different kingdoms, and they meet up once a day to sit on the walls that divide the kingdom into the four sections and talk. The RP can be about the friends wishing to visit other kingdoms, but being forbidden to. They try to reason with the lords, etc. Other things can happen too, just with daily lives.
Ranks
There are different ranks, or jobs, for each kipengeles. If your character is from a certain kipengeles, the rank has to be under the same kipengeles.
Water
Bender -- Bends the water, highest rank
Chlororank -- Makes it rain, and gives energy to other water people.
Evaporator -- Makes the water evaporate.
Condensator -- Makes the water go through the condensation cycle of the water cycle.
Fire
Bender -- Bends the fire, highest rank
Flame -- Keeps fire burning
Spark -- Makes sure the fire doesn't get too big
Ember -- Keeps the fire hot
Wind
Bender -- Bends the wind, highest rank.
Howler -- Gives the wind it's sound
Speedus -- Controls the wind speed
Color -- Makes the colors of the wind
Earth
Bender -- Bends the earth, highest rank
Growis -- Makes plants grow rapidly or slowly
Animal -- Has control and care for the animals

Water
The water people are the best runners. They defeat fire, and help earth. They are naturally good with strength.
Fire
Fire is defeated by water, and helped by wind, in some scenarios. Fire people are fierce and the best fighters. They are also the most populated group.
Wind
The wind people are the best archers. They defeat nobody, but can help/defeat fire, depending on scenario. The colors of the wind are invisible to other kipengeles.
Earth
Earth people keep the entire world alive. They pretty much have the hardest job. Fire is possible to destroy earth. Earth people take care of animals and ship them to other kipengeles to eat.
